In 1986, Carol began her career in search and recruitment with Executive Resources in Des Moines, Iowa. She went on to launch BLR & Associates and ultimately The Luksan Group, LLC. Carol has served the medical equipment and consumer goods industries in the past, but has focused her efforts on the manufacturing, heavy industrial, engineering, aggregate, aerospace, and mining industries since 2000.
Carol has built a significant client base as well as a network of resources and affiliates nationwide. These resources have allowed her to not only fill singular searches, but also work with organizations that have multiple simultaneous, complex openings. She has mastered the ability to develop a hiring strategy, prioritize the searches, and execute upon the plan toward success. Carol, a graduate of Briar Cliff University, is based out of the corporate office in Des Moines, IA. She is married with three children.

Natalie brings a wealth of knowledge in human psychology which enables her to make sound selection and evaluation decisions, while leaving no stone unturned. In addition, her 6 years of deep administrative & superior project management experience significantly helps our firm produce the quality results & precise placements we guarantee.
She is an Iowa native and holds her Bachelors from Iowa State University.
Zack started his relationship building career as a Financial Advisor and has since made his mark in the recruiting industry. He leads our recruiting efforts and has expanded his passion for creating and sustaining relationships with our clients across multiple industries. He takes pride in making a difference in the personal, professional and financial life of his clients and candidates. His goal is to help clients improve their workplace culture and overall business by helping them find the right talent. After all a famous recruiting proverb once said “You’re not just recruiting employees, but are sowing the seeds of your reputation.”
He is a West Des Moines native and proud University of Iowa Alum, where he graduated with a degree in Business Management.

Shasta has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services from Upper Iowa and plans to continue her education in Human Resources.
